Postage & Delivery
In order to keep the postage costs down to a minimum for our lovely customers we use Royal Mail Standard Post. This means your order should reach you within 3 – 5 working days.
We send orders out every weekday, and orders placed over the weekend will go out with the Monday post. Orders placed before 2pm will be despatched that day.
Orders placed after 2pm will go out the following day. But if you need your items quickly please email or call us and we will see if we can send them out to you the same day.
Please note we are not responsible for Royal Mail timescales! We promise to send your items within the timescales listed above and to send by your chosen method of delivery.

Our shop is at The Makers' Space, Longbarn Village, Alcester Heath, B49 5JJ. We are open 7 days a week. Mon-Sat: 9:30-17:00 and Sun: 10:00-16:00
Our lovely team aim to package your parcel and send it out as quickly as possible. Because they're so speedy, it might not be possible to make changes to your order. Get in touch with us if you have any questions.
