Hand Embroidery social (Beginner+)

This event is an opportunity to meet other like minded people and create whatever you like Hand Embroidery wise. The session will start with a little technique demo from the tutor Louisa Burton-Shaw, a local artist, designer and owner of Stitchhappy.co.uk.
This will enable beginners to learn something new each session, or provide a refresher for those with more experience. You will also be shown how to hoop up fabric, transfer your pattern and finish your embroidery hoop for hanging . You will then be free to make your own project with help and guidance from Louisa should you need it.

What we provide -

Use of Tools & equipment (This is not a machine embroidery session)

An Embroidery Hoop, Backing & other scraps of fabric

Free Parking

Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any dietary requirements

What you need to bring

As this is a social event you are welcome to bring your own embroidery projects if you would rather work on those instead of the provided embroidery hoop

We look forward to seeing at The Makers' Space in Longbarn Village, Alcester Heath, Alcester, B49 5JJ
