Jules Fallon Designer and Founder of Sew Me Something, firmly believes that the role of any business is, or should be, to help people. 

This is the first consideration when appointing a new Team Member. The skills set required for any role is important but what is key is the attitude that a new team member brings to their role. 

We like to have fun and there is a great sense of camaraderie and support within our team, we help each other as well as our customers.
